2 Dutch Tang Soo Do titles for Jip Kye Sohn

April 2004,

The Dutch Championships Tang Soo Do 2004 were held in Delfgauw.

There were 140+ contenders. There were 2 parts: Dae Ryun (fighting) and Hyungs (forms).

Jip Kye Sohn took part with 10 contenders and for the 3thd time in a row all sportsmen returned home with a price. This was a great effort. The 10 sportsmen took 12 prices home.

Results: Hyungs:

1ste price and Dutch Champion: Bart van Roessel from Heeg, a 2nd place was for Suzanne Marin and a 3rd price for Maureen Hendriks, both from Sneek

Results Dae Ryun:

The Dutch Champion title went to Folkert Knol from IJlst.

There were 2nd prices for Maureen Hendriks and Edwin Muurling, both from Sneek.

Edwin fought in the finale and was ahead, but was forced to give up due to an injury: a torn hamstring muscle.

3rd places were for: Lucas Marin, Johanna Corbie (from Sneek), Peter Rudolphi from IJlst, Bart van Roessel (Heeg), Jeroen en Marijke Dijkstra from Harlingen.
